Mobile court operated by Department of Environment, Sherpur District Office to control noise pollution.
Details
On 02/11/2022 AD under the "Integrated and Partnership Project on Noise Pollution Control", Department of Environment, Sherpur District Office conducted a mobile court in Sherpur District, Modha Boyra area of Sadar Upazila for violation of Noise Pollution Control Rules, 2006. The mobile court was managed by Sherpur District Administration Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Mr. S. M. Al-Amin. A total of 2000/- rupees fine was levied and collected on 02 (Two) vehicles in mobile court. Mr. Sushil Kumar Das, Inspector of Sherpur District Office of Department of Environment, gave the prosecution in the mobile court.
